This electronic job application site is run for the Ethiopian Shipping Lines and Logistics Services(ESLSE).
ESLSE collects, processes and uses any personal data provided to us via this job application site, including personal data contained in any attachment(collectively referred to here in after as "data"), for the purpose of processing your application. Special types of personal data (e.g. information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership or sexual orientation) will not be requested.
2. Data storage
Your data will be stored in encrypted form in a data center.
Your data is protected against unauthorized access through encrypted transmission and storage, a role and authorization concept, a data backup concept and physical security measures for the servers.
3. Data access
Employees within ESLSE have access to your stored data to the extent required to process your application and fill open positions.
To ensure proper operation of the platform, selected employees of ESLSE will have access to the data.
4. Data query, maintenance and deletion; right of objection
You can view your data at any time in this job application site. In addition, you have the right to have any data edited, removed or deleted, to object to the processing of your data and to have any incorrect data corrected. If you do not have your data deleted they will remain stored after the application process has been completed so that they remain available for other career opportunities at ESLSE. This will be true for each application. If you do not delete your data (candidate profile), this data remain stored.
